United Imaging Consultants radiologists provide professional services to more than 300,000 patients each year. We rely on our hospital and imaging facility partners to provide accurate information about your insurance coverage, and how to contact you.

While even one billing problem is too many, especially if it happens to you, unfortunately they do happen on rare occasions. It is our sincere desire to correct errors and address any billing concerns to your satisfaction, and do so as quickly and painlessly as possible.

If you have a concern about your bill or your account, please contact our billing office at 1.888.960.1393, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. This should always be the quickest and most direct way to resolve your concern.

Note that United Imaging Consultants does not maintain custody of any medical records. Medical records are retained at the facility visited by the patient.
